• Delivery Policy: Delivery is available within a 10 km radius. Estimated delivery time may take up to 3 hours depending on traffic and order volume.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• Food Availability: All food is prepared fresh. In rare cases, items may be unavailable due to ingredient shortages.
• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
